·01 — What is DoW Cyber Service Academy?
Scholarship, internship, and direct hire — all in one.
The Department of War Cyber Service Academy (Department of War CSA) is a Scholarship-for-Service program that builds a skilled cyber workforce through full academic funding and hands-on training. Recipients receive full scholarships for undergraduate or graduate cyber study, industry certifications, and Department of War/NSA internship opportunities — then serve in a Department of War cyber role equal in length to the scholarship period. For institutions, Department of War CSA provides a pipeline connecting graduates directly to Department of War cyber roles, bypassing the standard competitive hiring process.
