VICEROY (Virtual Institute of Cyber and Electromagnetic Spectrum Research and Employ) connects students and educators with defense partners through hands-on research, Department of War internships via the MAVEN and ENVOY programs, and advanced coursework and industry certifications. Institutions use VICEROY to integrate Department of War-aligned curriculum and build a structured student pipeline into Department of War careers. The program strengthens the U.S. cyber workforce pipeline end-to-end — from coursework to internship to hire.
