Department of War science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (DoW STEM) scholarships support students across diverse STEM disciplines — including cybersecurity — with funding and internship opportunities connected to Department of War missions. The program is designed to broaden participation in defense-oriented STEM careers, reaching students from a wide range of institutions and backgrounds. Recipients gain access to Department research environments and professionals, building the relationships and experience needed to transition into national security careers.
