The Information Security Research and Education (INSuRE) Network connects graduate students and faculty at NCAE-C institutions with unclassified research challenges submitted by intelligence community, the Department, and national lab partners. Students work on real-world security problems under the guidance of agency-provided Problem Mentors and CAE-R faculty, developing workforce-ready research, teamwork, and project management skills. INSuRE provides a structured framework for applied academic research that directly supports Department and federal cyber priorities.
